Six disciplines. One team. One building.

Hire us for a single discipline or the whole program. Either way, the people designing your product work next to the people building and testing it, which is how we move as fast as we do.

Concept & Industrial Design

Good industrial design is a negotiation between what people want to hold and what a factory can make. Our designers sit beside our engineers and our machinists, so every concept arrives with a credible path to production.

  • User and context research, task analysis
  • Concept sketches, renders and foam / 3D-printed sketch models
  • Looks-like prototypes with production-intent CMF
  • Color, material & finish (CMF) specification

Mechanical Engineering

We engineer injection-molded enclosures, precision mechanisms, sheet-metal chassis and machined structures, with tolerance stacks, FEA and DFM reviews done before a single tool is cut.

  • Production-intent CAD with full parametric history
  • Tolerance stack-ups and GD&T drawings
  • Structural, thermal and modal FEA
  • DFM / DFA reviews with molders and machine shops

Electronics & Firmware

From a sensor breakout to a 10-layer mixed-signal board, we design, assemble and bring up electronics in-house. Our firmware team writes the code that turns a board into a product: drivers, power management, connectivity and field update.

  • Architecture, component selection and lifecycle review
  • Schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout
  • In-house prototype assembly and board bring-up
  • Embedded firmware (bare-metal, Zephyr, FreeRTOS)

Rapid Prototyping & Fabrication

Our 14,500 sq ft studio in Denver houses CNC machining, industrial additive, laser cutting, casting, finishing and electronics assembly. That means a revision can go from CAD to your desk in days, and our engineers learn from every part they hold.

  • Machined prototypes in aluminum, steel, titanium and engineering plastics
  • SLS, SLA, PolyJet and FDM parts
  • Urethane-cast short runs (10-200 units)
  • Sheet-metal and laser-cut assemblies

Test & Validation

A prototype is only as good as the evidence behind it. We write test plans, build custom fixtures and run the functional, environmental and reliability testing that tells you, honestly, whether a design is ready for the next gate.

  • Design verification test (DVT) plans and reports
  • Custom test fixtures, jigs and end-of-line testers
  • Thermal, vibration, drop and ingress testing
  • Accelerated life and cycle testing

Pilot Production & NPI

The gap between a great prototype and a shippable product is where most hardware programs stall. We run pilot builds of 50-1,000 units, qualify suppliers, and hand your contract manufacturer a package they can build without guesswork.

  • Pilot and bridge builds (50-1,000 units)
  • Supplier sourcing and qualification
  • Costed BOM and should-cost modeling
  • Work instructions and assembly fixtures
