Pilot Production & NPI
The gap between a great prototype and a shippable product is where most hardware programs stall. We run pilot builds of 50-1,000 units, qualify suppliers, and hand your contract manufacturer a package they can build without guesswork.

FAQ
Common questions
Do you manufacture at volume?
No. We deliberately stop at pilot scale and transfer to a contract manufacturer. It keeps our incentives aligned with yours.
Can you help us choose a contract manufacturer?
Yes. We run structured RFQs, visit shortlisted CMs with you and score them against a shared rubric.
Do you sign NDAs before a first conversation?
Yes. We’re happy to sign yours, or send our mutual NDA the same day you ask. Most first calls don’t need confidential detail, but it’s never a problem.
Next step
Tell us what you’re building.
Share as much or as little as you can. A senior engineer reads every inquiry and replies within one business day, usually with a few sharp questions and a suggested first step.
