Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder
Caroline spent a decade leading hardware programs in consumer electronics before co-founding Rodeo Orbital in 2016. She runs the business, sits in on every project kickoff, and still keeps a soldering iron on her desk.
Chief Technology Officer & Co-founder
Theo leads engineering across mechanical, electrical and firmware. Before Rodeo Orbital he designed sensor payloads and test equipment for aerospace and industrial clients. He is responsible for the studio’s technical standards and design reviews.
Chief Operating Officer
Priya runs operations, the machine shop, supply chain and finance. She joined from a contract manufacturer where she managed new product introduction for medical and industrial customers.
Director of Engineering
Marcus manages project delivery and the engineering team day to day. He has shipped more than forty products across medtech, robotics and consumer, and is the person who will tell you, kindly, when a schedule is not real.

We hire a few people a year, usually by referral. If you design things and like to build them yourself, send us a note and some work you’re proud of.
